    The Welcome Center

    Our Welcome Center building is located at 72 Fifth Avenue, on the corner of 13th Street, and is currently open to external visitors. ?

    All visitors must be fully vaccinated and boosted and present proof of vaccination to the Welcome Center staff. Masking in all university buildings and indoor spaces is required.

      For the summer term, our in-person offerings are limited to pre-scheduled admission counseling appointments and campus tours accommodating a maximum of nine students with one guest each. Visitors without appointments may interact with Welcome Center staff in the Welcome Center lobby.?

      Those interested in learning more about our academic programs, admission requirements, or campus life are invited to connect online with a Welcome Center student assistant through our?Welcome Center Virtual Desk. Virtual desk hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. No appointment is necessary.

      If you are unable to schedule an in-person tour, we encourage you to take our virtual tour and connect with us through one of our many additional online events.?

    • Admission Appointments

      The Office of Admission offers both online and in-person appointments for prospective applicants and family members who would like to meet individually with an admission counselor to identify best-fit programs and discuss the admission process. ?

      Upon checking in for an in-person event:

      We offer a full calendar of information sessions, open house events, off-site college and graduate school fairs, student panels and talks, portfolio reviews, and performing arts workshops.

    Undergraduate Adult Learners

    To apply to any of our Bachelor's Program for Adults and Transfer Students and Parsons Associate of Applied Science programs, complete and submit the New School Online Application.

    Graduates

    To apply to any of our Master's, Doctoral, Professional Studies Diploma, and Graduate Certificate programs, complete and submit the New School Online Application.
